October - The Cinekid Festival is an annual film, television and new-media festival for children in Amsterdam, attended by more than 50,000 children and (international) guests every year.

An extra is 'Cinekid for Professionals', which provides an opportunity for media professionals to discuss new developments in the field of children's media, exchange experiences and promote the production of children's films, children's television and cross-media productions.
